A company established by a team standing with MS degrees in mechanical engineering and manufacturing. Electro-Mechanical Custom Creations LLC (EMC2) is a company that functions in multiple areas of expertise including design and manufacturing using the latest CAD software, to drive a full machine shop with CNC water jets, mills, and lathes. Services provided begin with the development of ideas from the design stage all the way through manufacturing to produce prototypes and final products. Presented ideas can consist of new products, or modifications, fixes, or improvements to existing ones. Our specialization is in automation, which incorporates our experience with pneumatics/hydraulics, sensors, motion control and input/output interfaces, including color touchscreen displays. Our portfolio of projects includes automated industrial sewing machines, consumer products, robotics, lab equipment, medical devices, and custom automated machinery.
